I’m so glad I found this company and these underwear. Final a brand that realized men are made differently and need different sized pouches to provide the perfect fit and desired support, instead one size has to fit all approach. Now…bring on the crazy patterns and more colors, please!
Real men apparel has been really good to me so I feel compelled to write a review for something I’ve had for a little while. These are great. The stretch fabric the feel I mean I’ve worn these and incredibly hot weather and they kept me cool and dry. They are a quite nice/ superior low rise boxer brief.

I was a little apprehensive because I've used different brands and they haven't been comfortable. For us slim, gifted guys, it's hard to find underwear that fits snugly around the waist and has enough room in the crotch. I tried this brand and they're really comfortable, especially for workouts. There's no excess fabric, just enough to be comfortable, and everything stays in place without feeling constricted.

The pouch on these are pointy, I have the same size on the nylon version and they fit better. Other than that, they are comfortable

Ive always struggled to find underwear that actually fits in the right places. and i feel like i had tried everything out there and been left dissatisfied. But i love the fit on these! Complete game changer. Most underwear seems to have been designed for a Ken doll. Not these tho. Pouch actually shaped like your manhood and specific size options gives you total control for how its gonna fit. 11/10, highly recommend.

I am loving the bib “D pouch”! As you can tell by the pictures, they’re quite well filled. It’s taking me years to find a fit and feel like this! All the stretch and the comfort of custom stuff or brands that cost twice as much! I know there’s only a picture of the two because I’m wearing the third! Keep up the good work now I think I’m going to see what style I want to try next!
Love the “D pouch”. First time trying this style. Wish you had a single pack for me to try, but had to buy a 3 pack because they were out of stock. Nice colors, great feel and stretch. Quite flattering! The custom pouch sizes are perfect! Will have to try the “v fly” next!

I wish I'd found these ages ago! I really only need a "C", but these are potentially the best underwear that I've ever owned! Fabric is great, coverage in the back is great, room up front is great, and the waistband didn't crinkle up. Love these! Highly recommend! I will be ordering more!
This latest 3-pack of modal boxers XS/ C cup are the best for far. This size keeps everything in place and is perfect for everyday wear. Found the right fit and love the inner band color of red orange. I almost want to buy more now before this particular design is sold out. I’ll admit it — I’m a bit of an underwear snob. I’m always testing new brands and styles, then circling back to the basics to see if anything has improved. For me, comfort is #1, style is #2, and price is #3. These Real Men boxer briefs trunk style hit all three.The comfort is legit: solid support without feeling restrictive, soft fabric that feels good all day, and a waistband that actually stays put. The cut fits the trunk style perfectly, and you can’t go wrong with classic black. As the brand grows, I’d love to see more colors and designs, but hopefully they don’t sacrifice the comfort and feel just to chase trends.And yes — they’re not “$5 for a five‑pack” cheap, but they also don’t feel like sandpaper on your sack. The price matches the quality. I’ll definitely be buying more of this style and trying out their others. Very satisfied so far.

I think you make a great product. I didn't know what size to order. Now that I have worn them I know I should have gotten a larger pouch size for them to really fit well. I ordered a B pouch and should have went up to a C Pouch size. The fabric and construction are great.

These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever owned. Sometimes I forget I’m even wearing them, but then I suddenly remember because they provide the perfect support and comfort—especially with room for my essentials! The 9-inch boxers, 3-inch boxer briefs, and bikini briefs are all equally comfortable, and I wear size 3XL.

Love the brand, quality, and custom fit they made available for men. Been wearing this brand for over 3 years and still have several of the original purchase modal fabric 3" trunk style briefs. I discarded all the other brands I've tried because the pouch fit is so important to an entire day of comfort and not needing to adjust, tuck or pull. And they keep everything in front of your legs so crushing is never a problem. You definitely owe it to yourself to give it a try. Don't stress over nailing then perfecting the pouch size. We all very a bit throughout the day. Having room for it all is what's life changing.
