Perfect fit. My life is different after meeting Real Men V fly.
I must start out the review with I searched the internet for the top brief underwear. I purchased three of the top picks. They were good better than what I had been wearing. I still have them but they are in the back of the drawer. One manufacture said they would take them back but I gave up with trying to send them back and I cannot even wear them. I found Real Men on Amazon. I contacted customer service before purchasing another style of briefs. She was a great help in making my decision in buying another manufacture’s briefs. She said she would work with me if they did not fit or I did not like them. I first purchased the modal B/2XL. They were very good and comfortable but could be better. I keep them and order modal C/2XL which what better because they had better coverage. I have ordered boxer briefs with and without the V-Fly. Both the modal and nylon are very comfortable and soft. They are almost like not wearing anything. I like the V-Fly because you don’t have to go over the top to use the restroom. I now own a number of the C/2xl 3in Boxer briefs with V-fly along with the modal briefs and boxer briefs without V-fly. If you have worn briefs most of the time, try 3in Boxer briefs. Make sure you follow the care instructions and consider using the 3-Tier Folded Mesh Clothes Hanging Dryer found in Amazon.
These undies are feels smooth everywhere! There's more everything to stay in place. The v fly design makes it easy for your friend to peek its head out while I'm asleep. They're comfortable and plus the v fly nylon boxer briefs make the well endowed look and feel sexy. Definitely buying another another pair.

It is always nice to find underwear that recognizes the need for space for your anatomy rather than trying to crush it down in a puritanical need to hide it. I purchased these in D size and they fit great. I have enough room to not feel like I am being shoved back up inside myself.
Size XL, C Pouch, fits as advertised (unlike many brands you can buy online)! After spending LITERALLY hundred of dollars buying different brands of boxer briefs in the hopes of finding ones that doesn’t restrict “the boys”, I stumbled across these. After trying them on, I can say that these are the FIRST trunks that fit correctly EVERYWHERE. They don’t ride up the rear, they don’t force me to keep adjusting myself just to be comfortable. And the fly works perfectly! Great fit, great quality, great price. I’ll be ordering more soon!
The nylon 3in boxer briefs with v-fly are almost perfect. The only reason I give them four stars instead of five is because of a small issue I had with the v-fly. Due to the design, if you become erect in your sleep, as will happen for most men, you end up poking out through the fly. Now this wouldn't be an issue under most circumstances, but I found it a little annoying as I use them primarily for summer sleepwear. Otherwise, a stellar product.
I have big low hanging balls that fall in between my legs when I’m sitting. Sweaty and painful. The pouch keeps them up and out of harms way all day. I wear 7 inch boxers, size medium, D pouch in nylon, and C pouch in Modal because the Modal stretches more. Having different pouch sizes is genius!

These fit great but the mesh jocks feel pretty tight even tho I have other products of the same size and they seem bigger.
They are different from what I usually wear, but I love them. It feels like I'm not wearing any.
Nylon in L/B V Boxer Brief - totally love these garments. Extremely well made. I look forward towards the return of other choices. P.S. My favorite V - I suggest making a version where the V&shield could be an inch lower, possibly call it the low rider. Thanks for being there doing a great job helping Us guys be comfortable
Another great fit but the 3in were shorter than I expected. I started the exchange process for the 9in inseam and customer service sent me a prompt replacement without having to ship back the original order. This company is fantastic and they make a quality, amazing product! Hope they eventually offer a build-your-own variety pack so you can try all the different styles.
V-Fly is amazing hope to see more of it. Surprise by great nylon feels...silky, quick dry and cool. I wear these more then my previous desire for only Model. Model has more body a close feeling to high quality cotton. Also fast drying. Realmen multi sized pouch is a game changer for male comfort. I no longer having to adjust.. Thanks!
The boxer briefs are by far the most comfortable pair I've ever put on so far. The cut is what makes them stand above the rest.

The feel and look are great. I have several items from RM, all with the same size pouch. I would have gone up a size in the pouch with these, the pouch feels a little bit smaller. No complaint and not uncomfortable, just a little less room than the other items I have.
Most comfortable underwear I have ever purchased. They really hit the mark with these. It legit feels like you aren't wearing underwear while giving your boys great support whether working, at the gym, or any activity. Not having a one size fits all pouch really makes a huge difference. And the customer service is top notch when making sure the sizing is right. This is definitely my go to underwear from now on!
Great fit. Nice construction. I've noticed that the pouch size is not consistent across underwear types. I had to go down a size for a better fit. Quality products and customer service are worth every dollar spent with this company.

These are nice. I like them a lot. The v-fly is game changer for me. I hate having to try and find the top of my underwear to use the bathroom. I’ve tried the modal ones too, which are also great, but a little warmer than these are.

It took a few attempts to get the right cup size but once I determined the correct cup size for my equipment, these became the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever owned.

All I can say is, wow!! I have found my new underwear. These are perfect and the nylon is so soft with plenty of support. I may have to bump it up to the D pouch, on the next order.
Love these Large/B's for pants - in the winter. A-#1-BEST-Top-Choice. When it comes to summer, i may order a Medium/B, to see if that's a bit tighter - for shorts, will see, but these Large/B's are great for the whole winter thing. [6', 32/34 regular guy]. I'm 63, 'wish you guys were around before the other-[unmentionable-brands], it would have saved me a-lot of-[fill in the blank's], for sure. Thanks so much, your products are the absolute best. [I should know, I've looked & ordered & wished & hoped for-DECADES to find a good-fit for the everyday. No-Joke.
This is my favorite pair these are perfect for my work very active they dont ride up at all fit me like a glove. Don't notice they're there.
Fit perfectly, the pouch is great, and the V-fly is the best part.
My husband gives them a two thumbs up. This is the third brand I have bought for him and the first that he had no complaints about. He likes the fly design and that briefs are available. They do run a bit small. He is 6', 190 lbs and are considering an XL rather than L next order. Will run through a couple more washes before ordering more.
I've found my new underwear! I've tried David Archey, Krakatoa, Sepratech, and countless store brands and couldn't find anything with a comfortable fit. Thank you RMAC for not forgetting about us "average" guys.

Best of all worlds. Nylon so they are cooling, drying, have a slight leg on them, and the pouch contains and supports but the v fly allowed for some give so you still have freedom on top and cradles on the bottom. Love em
Fits great, wife likes the v-fly, which also helps to keep things concealed. Whether thats good or bad is up to you. They are comfy, but seem to stretch out a little over the course of the day.
It is hard not to love these! The material is light and makes it feel as though you are not wearing underwear. The V-fly is really convenient. The waistband keeps everything in place without feeling restrictive. These are very well designed and so far they have held up well after multiple washings. I highly recommend these!
