They fit great, I have plenty of support without being squashed. They're low profile enough to wear under other well fitting attire. They dont ride up and after a while you forget that theyre there.

Love the Real Men Apparel collection. The XL D-pouch is so comfortable. I find I prefer the nylon underwear as opposed to the modal because the modal seem to shrink a bit over time. The nylon stays in place, is supportive, and breathable!

So, I tried the bikinis before the thongs. My wife laughed about a "pouch size". I gave her the example that not all men are created equal, just like all women have different cup sizes. She said it makes sense. After wearing these working out, around the house and at work under dress pants, I couldn't have been happier. The pouch supports just right with an almost commando feel. The size and look are great and even my wife liked them on me.

Overall the product is really nice and you just have to find the right cut and size for you, which is a little difficult because there's a decent amount of variance. I added pictures for reference, but one difference is the waistband size. Modal runs larger than Nylon, with a Modal Medium being roughly the same size as a Large Nylon. This is important on the boxers because it moves the pouch position, and you might think you got a pouch that's too large, but it's really the waistband. Also, when going from a boxer to a brief I would go up a size in pouch because the pouch starts closer to your body than it does on the boxers so you'll need more room. I started with a B brief and it was a squish fest, I bought a D clearance thinking it'd be a loose fit but it was actually perfect. I hope this helps with sizing because the site doesn't do a great job of explaining how the different materials and cuts change the waistbands and pouch position.

This is the second pair of the medium sized “D“ pouch that I’ve ordered. I ended up wearing these almost all weekend while camping. Doing a lot of strenuous activities and it went from being in the mid 80s down to the upper 40s and these still kept me comfortable the whole time. It’s the pouch design is one of the best I have ever Experienced and believe me. I have been a fan of pouched underwear for almost 20 years now and I think you guys have finally perfected it. I’m gonna have to try to order more styles from you guys because these are a hit! Just wish you would mark the pouch sizes, not that I would like to brag!

I have been on a long time quest for the “perfect underwear” and I may have found them! I have been on the pouch bandwagon since they were an “extreme niche item” 20 yrs ago. Could not find the right fit or size. And not all company’s pouches are made equal! Most were too small or were quite stretched that dramatically shortened the lifespan of the pouch! I had to resort to custom pouches on a few occasions! But those are quite costly! I found these off Amazon, figured I would give them a try! Tried them on yesterday, and I am not disappointed! They were in a good color (I like the purple, but wish you had some “flashier”colors/prints available) fit well, did not think I got the correct pouch size, but was wrong (would love if you could label the pouch sizes, not to brag or anything) until I slid into them, the “D” size is great! The fabric was nice, smooth and breathable. And I gave these a bit of a workout! They came through in purple brilliance! No sticking, no discomfort, and great stretch! Will have to purchase more soon. And try some different styles. Maybe a thong? Not sure how well that jock would stay on for me. But think will give them a try! Thank you for a custom fit at an off the shelf price! So, if you are an “above average” pouch filler, these are for you!

I highly recommend these bikini briefs. The material is comfortable, the pouch sizing option allows for customized support, and the waistband always remains in place. I especially like the cut of the underwear, which I found to be very flattering. I am usually a 31-32 waist size when it comes to pants. The S has worked for me so far during my everyday activities (at the office, around the city, etc). I am tempted to order some M pairs for comparison's sake. Overall, I am very satisfied. I feel and look good when wearing them!

Everyone is not built the same and a one size fits all approach just doesn’t provide comfort or coverage. I’ve been waiting on an option like this for years and finally found it. I’ve tried other large pouch brands with inconsistent luck and often questionable quality. I’ve bought over a dozen pairs from Real Men Apparel with great success. Excellent. Thin material wicks away sweat very fast. Ideal for Runners. I would just make the back broader for more coverage and a larger longer D pouch. Other than that, the Nylon Black/Grey/Blue 6in Boxer briefs are my favorite. Thank you.

I have been an RMAC supporter (pun intended) for a long time and I have just about every style that is offered in nylon. These are my favorites, especially when I am working out or if it is hot out. They are light and everything stays cool and comfortable. The support is just right, not too cramped but some support when needed. I would highly recommend you try these if you haven't already!

Being a smaller framed guy, can be a challenge to find a great go-to brand that not only make size XS, but also make them look and feel great.
