Underwear has been a huge problem for me my entire adult life. Some brands smoosh me down as if male anatomy is something to be embarrassed of. Other brands provide way too much lift of said anatomy that I actually do get embarrassed at the gym and elsewhere. Real Men has found the right balance of comfort, keeping things comfy/cool and in the right place, and an appropriate amount of lift. I purchased a few sets of pairs on Amazon, but I went to the Real Men website to find a greater variety with more size specificity. This order was three sets—two 3-packs of modal briefs and one 4-pack of nylon. I’m happy I did. So are the people at my gym. 🤣
Great fabric & fit. These briefs feel like I'm not wearing anything at all. A bit more coverage in the ass than the bikini style which is good. Awaiting some white options. I'm brand loyal now.

These modal briefs are the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn. I haven’t had any other underwear with such a supportive pouch. I got the “C” pouch and am so grateful. No other underwear brand I have tried had such pouch options as Real Men underwear. I looks forward to ordering more underwear soon 🙂.
I must start out the review with I searched the internet for the top brief underwear. I purchased three of the top picks. They were good better than what I had been wearing. I still have them but they are in the back of the drawer. One manufacture said they would take them back but I gave up with trying to send them back and I cannot even wear them.
I found Real Men on Amazon. I contacted customer service before purchasing another style of briefs. She was a great help in making my decision in buying another manufacture’s briefs. She said she would work with me if they did not fit or I did not like them. I first purchased the modal B/2XL. They were very good and comfortable but could be better. I keep them and order modal C/2XL which what better because they had better coverage. I have ordered boxer briefs with and without the V-Fly. Both the modal and nylon are very comfortable and soft. They are almost like not wearing anything. I like the V-Fly because you don’t have to go over the top to use the restroom.
I now own a number of the C/2xl 3in Boxer briefs with V-fly along with the modal briefs and boxer briefs without V-fly.
If you have worn briefs most of the time, try 3in Boxer briefs. Make sure you follow the care instructions and consider using the 3-Tier Folded Mesh Clothes Hanging Dryer found in Amazon.
Finally, briefs that are actually made for a man! I love the look of boxer brief, but I have athletic legs and after trying dozens of brands they all ride up in the legs and give you a terrible wedgie. So, the only option other than boxers is briefs. Up until now briefs would always crush the package and were a no go. Now, all has changed! These fit well and give you room to breathe!
I am so happy I found this undergarment company. I matter how much I would spend on what I thought was high end underwear the others would still create too pressure and discomfort. I will never switch back to the others.
First time I have ever said WOW putting on a pair of underwear. Everything fits right, not just the pouch but the legs, the butt. Bought these on a whim for a party and will now be buying on the regular.

I thought at first the D pouch would be stupid. But it turned out it cradles my heavy junk perfectly.
Almost perfect. Very comfortable overall except the stitching right underneath the pouch. Maybe the pack I got weren't stitched together too smoothly or something. it's... a little scratchy. I'll try to use some small tools to smooth it out. Other than that, it looks and feels great.
Never thought I’d be a brief guy after wearing boxer briefs for so many years, but I keep ordering these. I’ve ordered like 4 packs already. Very comfortable!
The search is over. No longer do I need to worry about bunching up (I’m back to briefs, and loving it), or curling down (finally found a waistband that sits below my belly). And the pocket is just the right amount of lift to keep my balls away from my thighs.
I've found my perfect fit. Plenty of room for things to move about freely without being "scrunched up, or handled". A pair of underwear that feels like they're there to assist, not take over.
A word of interest to others: upsize. I suggest a size up; in my case, it took two.
These briefs are amazing. As a big guy finding briefs that dont squeeze you and still help a big guy feel stylish is hard to do. Until now. I am replacing every pair of underwear I own with real men!
These are super comfortable briefs. I went with size L-A as the B pouch was not available and I’m very happy with the A pouch it’s perfect for average size and the material stretches nicely and doesn’t feel too tight at all it’s just right. These will be added to the regular rotation glad they came in fun colors!
I’m such a big fan of these. The boxer briefs are a bit to tight on my thighs, but these are the complete opposite! They are freeing! I’ve already ordered another pack after getting these. I can’t stop wearing them!
I’ve been wearing Saxx boxer briefs for years and have loved them until lately. I’ve lost some weight and needed to find something else. After reading reviews I decided to give these a shot. Man I am blown away at the comfort of the pouch on these and the way the material feels. I never would have thought about going back to briefs after wearing boxer briefs for so long, but when I first started wearing these I fell in love. Really like how Real Men is offering underwear that's offering pouches designed to accommodate a man's anatomy. (and for all-sized men!) My modal briefs are very comfortable, and seem to be a very good manufacturing quality. The only issue with my briefs: Yes- my genitals are separated (by the fabric) from my thighs; but because the modal material is SO stretchy, the pouch isn't able to provide much lift or support for my desires. I contacted the company, and we agreed that going a size smaller in the pouch would probably lift/support my manhood better. Fingers crossed that downsizing the pouch will provide a better "lift". Great customer support.
I've tried the bikini briefs, briefs, and trunk style, and while the bikini briefs were my favorite, the regular briefs fit my anatomy better and are more comfy for me. Will definitely be purchasing more!
Tried a different pouch ...I find this smaller pouch to be too refining my junk. Nice size for my holding my nuts but too restricting stem. Still a great product. I enjoy that it lets me feel as though I'm free balling.
I just love them , the colors are amazing . The room for my balls feels great and I look awesome. I want more colors and packages of whites.

Most comfortable underwear I have ever owned. Will be buying more for sure. These are by far my favorites over other collections even. All products are superb!
Finding briefs that fit and are comfortable has long been a struggle, so I had largely given up. If the pouches were large enough, they were poorly shaped and did not keep things in place. Never good to be at work trying to casually get your boys back into your briefs! I’d seen Real Men advertised and kept dismissing it as another likely gimmick, and then I decided what the hell? I’m not going to lose anything more than I’ve already lost ;). These things are about the best I’ve ever found, and you can’t beat them for the price. I’m a medium, C pouch, and the moldal fabric is incredibly soft. The waistband is comfortable, and the seams don’t irritate in all the wrong places. Best of all, everything stays exactly where it should…ALL DAY! I love these briefs! I also have the boxer briefs in modal and nylon…also amazing.
I am really impressed with these briefs. I ordered them on a whim and was kind of concerned that they would pull my junk out in a weird prominent way. When they showed up this week, I was very pleasantly surprised at how natural and comfortable they feel. I think it’s time to go through my underwear drawer and start replacing more of them.
I did have to exchange them as I'm between sizes and the Large was just a bit too big, so I have not received the mediums yet, but I did wear a pair of the Large and they were very comfortable and I really like the way you're accentuated down there.
I love everything about them! The fabric is soft and comfortable and the pouch has room for everything. Initially I thought the waistband looked kinda tall in some of the photos so I was a little leery of that. But it isn't as tall as it appeared, and it is very comfortable. Great value -- I got three pair for the same price other brands are asking for a single pair. I received my order quickly (less than a week) and on the day they estimated when ordering. My only regret is not buying them sooner! After wearing these, my old "pouch" underwear from another brand will end up in the trash -- I just can't go back. Size 2XL, pouch C.
