A “D” with a “V”! These are brilliant! Fit and feel AMAZING! Just enough gap for ventilation, still fully supported! And have been told very sexy! If you have not tried a fitted pouch with the V fly, you owe it to yourself and your boys to try at least one pair! You will not regret it!

These feel good but I wish the waist band was more smooth and flexible. Otherwise very useful to have the V fly! Its a game changer.

Very pleased with the fit of the 9" length nylon v briefs. Purchased 7" before and I find the fit of the 9 to be much better. The pouch on both 7 & 9 is great, but the fit across the seat of the 7 just isn't right.
The white waistband are the new nylon mesh boxer briefs I purchased next to the 9 inch Nylon boxer briefs. I had to size up to XL in the nylon mesh as the waist band was too tight. I wear large in modal line and other ones I own.

I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but these honestly exceeded what I wanted. The C-pouch design actually does what it’s supposed to do. Everything sits comfortably without feeling compressed, and it gives a natural, clean shape under clothes without looking over the top. It’s noticeable in a good way, but still subtle. The nylon material feels light and smooth, almost like a performance fabric. It holds everything in place well throughout the day and doesn’t bunch or shift around. Once you get used to the fit, it’s hard to go back to regular underwear. Overall, it’s just a solid upgrade. Comfortable, supportive, and does exactly what it claims without trying too hard. I’m already buying more, also if you ever wanted that “gray sweat pants look” this is the underwear you should be wearing.

Loving the feel of the RMAC underwear. Frickin amazing design, absolutely stellar. Holy cow. I can’t even begin to describe how satisfied I feel with it. Great, premium quality and feel to it. Support is top notch and the underwear look really nice too. I thought that since I got them in dark neutral colors they’d look boring but man it looks high quality with its thick fabric.

Let’s be honest, there’s a lot of pouch style underwear on the market, some much less expensive than RM. But what makes these really special is the way you measure the pouch. I would have just ordered the B pouch when they said it was the most common size. But when I followed the directions and looked at my hand, I thought that’s not a tennis ball! So I actually went and checked, picked up a pickle ball and thought I’ll be damned that’s it. These are the best feeling underwear I’ve worn in years and I will definitely be getting more. I just wish they came in a 5 inch inseam. I know they make a 6inch but the photos make them look a lot longer than that.

I absolutely love this style of boxer briefs from RMAC! I’ve now ordered a total of five different styles and I really feel like these are the most comfortable style. I love how the pouch cradles the boys and also leaves room for the “main man”! I’ll definitely be ordering more. Just one suggestion, you should make more colors!

On my first wear of the 7" nylon boxer briefs with V fly I hated them... because they made the rest of my underwear obsolete. The length is comfortable for me, not so long or short that I notice it throughout the day. The pouch is much better than others mainly because of the sizing options. The nylon is soft and I barely realize they're there. My only real complaint is the lack of pack options, black, grey, and blue are fine but I would like to be able to buy all of one color or be able to customize a pack. As far as the underwear themselves, it's just a shame I'll have to spend more money to buy more, because three is far too little!
The color and length are not as pictured but the fit and comfort is great. I would prefer them longer in the legs because I am tall but it's not causing any issues for me as it does with other boxer briefs.
This is the best I buy more coming soon. I love it.
I have purchased underwear from Duluth Trading, Mac Weldon, Saxx, Tommy John Jockey, Real Men Apparel is by far the most comfortable and affordability priced. I will certainly recommend Real Men.
I ordered The model 7” boxer briefs, three pack as shown in the pic. I ordered size 2XL w/C pouch. After wearing a pair for the day I realized that I should have ordered a size XL w/B pouch instead. Just wasn’t sure how true to size they were. I did enjoy how they felt and comfortable they were. love the material. I hope to order again.
Glad these are the two seamed pouch as they fit much better than the original single seam as shown in the Shop picture vs the RMAC Store picture. The original design was good, but flawed. These are much better.

In the never ending quest for the “perfect underwear” I have come to these! Have been a custom underwear/ big pouch user for quite some time. I recently found Real men Apparel. Took the size quiz, ordered a few things in “D/M” and have been quite pleased. Thought I would try this “V fly” and ……WOW! A pouch that actually fits me AND A FUNCTIONAL FLY! I did not think such a thing could exist! I originally wanted one pair to try out, but were sold out, so ordered the (at the time) on sale 4 pack. And I am glad I did! They fit so well! And perfect for the hot weather we have been having because there is JUST ENOUGH gap in the pouch fly and the body to ensure cooling! And, so I have been told, is quite sexy! These are great! And from someone who tries to wear minimal underwear (can not wait for your thongs) I will gladly wear these “super pouch” briefs!

I previously ordered the modal briefs in a medium waist and a C pouch, I decided to order some more but in the nylon and a small waist with the D pouch. The two pouches appear to be the same size. I'm not sure if that's normal between different waist sizes or materials. Just not what I was expecting. Both are great, and they are basically the only underwear I want to wear, hopefully they hold up for a while.

I understand your surprise that the C pouch in your modal medium briefs and the D pouch in your nylon small briefs appear to be the same size. This isn't what we'd typically expect, as the D pouch should generally be larger than the C pouch, regardless of the waist size or material. While there can be slight variations across different fabric types due to stretch and drape, a noticeable difference in the intended pouch size should still be apparent. We're glad to hear you love both pairs and that they're your preferred underwear! Your comfort is our top priority.

For me the fit seems to be tight. I love the feel of the fabric almost like not having anything on. I ordered the B Pouch, XL which works well in the Modal 7in no fly. In these my jewels are kept in place with movement being somewhat restricted. They will be great to wear for working out and playing sports. I LOVE the fly, it really makes it easy when you have to go. The Nylon drys fast too, when the faucet doesn't turns completely off
I lost 90 pounds and no longer had a belly holding a xxl shirt over my groin hiding things. Freeballing was nolonger a option. I tried C pouch and it just seemed a little to snug. I ordered a D pouch and they fit nicely. No more bulge in my left pant leg. No more sack sticking to the side of my leg. No more sitting on my testicles when I get in the truck. Complete game changer.
I can’t say enough good things about the boxer briefs. The pouch design is perfect for cupping the boys and keeping them supported, no adjusting need, no riding up or putting your parts in a bind, just all day comfort.
Nylon is a better product than modal. The leg on nylon boxer does not ride up on leg…much more comfortable product. I have tried both and strongly recommend nylon.
These were great! I love the nylon feel. The length was great. The pouch is the best thing ever. Keeps the plums off the legs. Ordered another set of 3! Do wish they came in modal though.
