Love the different color choices for these. I had to switch to this brand of pouch style underwear from a different brand cause this was more comfortable and the horizontal fly is honestly incredible, why aren't more brands making this?! Finding the right size was pretty simple too! I'll be looking out for more if I need to replace any in the future!

The pouch is amazing guys should have had different sizes options years ago. I got the 5XL with D pouch. They look big but when it’s holding you twig and berries. It fills up. I’m over weight so if you’re a big guy they will fit. I’m 380lbs and they wear lower. The waist band sit at butt crack level. Ha Ha. I would say everything about them works around holding your twig and berries. The pouch holds them up and in front of thighs. So they don’t get squished. The pouch is big enough hold everything so you don’t have you berries rubbing on skin or sticking. I would say get the bigger pouch if not sure

After years of looking for the right underware I believe I found them! I first discovered the "topside fly" from FOTL in nice fabric and loved that concept cause side flies are useless! Problem being ,I work in a hot environment and the jewels always stick to my larger legs. Then discovered Duluth bullpen but no top fly. Then on clearance I found their 3D bullpen with a top fly and they are pretty much what I wanted except I refuse to pay $36.50 for 1 pair of underwear! The Pouch is AMAZING! Way better than bullpen especially after age and a vasectomy things hang a little differently than before. I bought the XL boxer briefs in model and nylon in a C pouch cause I wasn't sure but it's perfect. Like the nylon a little better other than the V fly gaps open a little at the top? This is my 3rd set of these boxer briefs. They're the best underwear I've ever worn! After a few months the legs bunch up a little, but you don't even notice because they're so comfortable. The V-fly is a nice touch. If you're in between pouch sizes, go for the larger pouch on these. I think the fly front affects the size somewhat. Overall, these are fantastic underwear! I'm on a mission to replace all the underwear in my drawer with stuff from Real Men!

These Modal briefs are really comfortable, I can’t feel them on me. I like the v-fly because it’s easy access for relieving when dressed up. I also think it helps with allowing more room flexibility. Modal everyday! Their nylon briefs are slick as well.

These briefs are absolutely life-changing! Here’s a little backstory — I’ve been wearing David Archy for a little over a year and thought they were amazing. Before that, I was a Jockey guy for several years. I liked how soft they were, but man… the swamp butt on the jockeys was a real problem. After losing a good bit of weight recently, it was time to size down, and I wanted something with a little more room in the pouch for comfort. After some digging, I came across these and decided to give them a try (modal M/B). Game. Changer. Not only is the pouch spot on, but the V-fly… holy hell. With the David Archys, you had to do this weird zigzag maneuver—left, right, fish it out, and keep it propped open so you didn’t restrict your flow. With Real Men Apparel, it’s straight to business: simple reach, flop it out, done. It’s roomy enough to let things hang naturally without getting awkwardly pinched.

I love the support. I have both size C and D pouches in these, depending on the support I am in the mood for. The V-Fly is a MUST. my rule of thumb has become if I have shorts or jeans on that have a fly my underwear also needs a fly. Then when in gym shorts or joggers I wear a version without a fly.

These undies are great! Lots of support and separation and none of the batwing or ball bisque. The legs stay put (mine only slide up when I’m get into a squat). The fly allows for each access without constriction . They are very breathable. RMAC modal v-fly skivvies are the only skivvies I’ll wear.

First, I prefer briefs over boxers. Yes, these are referred to as briefs in the YouTube videos, but any inseam at all means it's a boxer (or boxer brief). Having said that, these are the most comfortable boxer brief I've ever worn. I have noticed a significant difference in nylon vs modal, and brief vs boxer brief, and finding a pouch size that truly fits me has been more of a challenge than anticipated. I've found that I have to go up a size for the briefs, and especially the nylon briefs, but wearing that same larger size in boxer briefs leaves me a little too loose down there. (I like the freedom to a point, but I also appreciate having support.)

Thanks for the variable cup sizes. I have tried similar products with one-size-fits-all cup. The only adjustment possible for them is to wear the shorts higher or lower. These are comfortable worn in the normal position.

I wish the fly was straight across instead of in a "v", as things tend to escape, but otherwise I love the way they fit and perform. Some of my other boxer briefs seem to stretch throughout the day, and by afternoon they're not doing their job anymore. I don't have that problem with the Real Mens. Nicely designed.

Back for more! Eliminated all my other brands, and the drawer is now fully stocked with only REAL MEN. This is the only brand designed to give all the space needed/wanted to accomodate one's stones and pike. You owe it to yourself to buy some/try some. Get the right fit, and guaranteed no buyer's remorse.

Man, this is some seriously comfortable material. I love how these are tight everywhere except where you don't want it to be. It makes for an interesting and freeing experience. I've had these for a while now before leaving a review because I really want to evaluate just how good they are so I can leave a better, more accurate review. The V-Fly pouch is also a nice touch allowing for a quick exit when needed. Now, I will say though, regarding this design, I'm not sure if it offers they same level of support as the ones without the fly but I honestly can't say that it isn't supporting me. I might've benefitted from sizing down to a B pouch for that reason but I really do enjoy having all of that extra space. Now, I'm not the most well endowed male out there but these boxer briefs make for some really nice relief as I was experiencing some pain down there from being constricted and over compressed by other brands of underwear. There is one other drawback to this material I can think of. They tend to stretch out a bit after being exposed to heat. If you are needing good support in hot climates, I'd suggest getting a pair made with the nylon material. They never stretch out but just know, they are a bit more compressive which might be another bonus for you. Just keep that in mind. I know these might be a bit on the pricier side but you usually get what you pay for and they are good about having some really good sales and discounts available for the more frugally minded. So, do yourself a favor and, I don't care which style you pick, seriously give these things a try. I really don't think you will be disappointed at all. Have a good one.
