Finally pouch boxer briefs that aren’t trunks and don’t ride up my legs. The fabric of these are super comfortable and not scratchy. The pouch is also like what you would get on briefs so the pouch actually holds everything instead of your junk coming out when you sit or something. I like that pouch is big enough so you don’t get all bunched up but also be careful with that because if you need some support you might want to go a size smaller, which is what I’ll be doing next time.

Extremely comfortable. The pouch design gives everything more room and support than regular boxer briefs, which makes a bigger difference than I expected. After wearing these for a while, most traditional boxer briefs feel restrictive and compressed by comparison. The fit is great, they stay in place throughout the day, and they’ve become my go-to underwear. Hard to go back once you get used to them.

These feel like you’re not wearing any underwear. I sometimes wear them around after a shower in the evening and have gotten great results from the wife. They obviously get her worked up. I told her it’s no different than you taking off your bra at night and setting those girls free. With these, I can feel like that all day. I have 9 pairs now!

Soft and healthy fabric, no chafing and respect of the male anatomy. Note that pouches run bigger on these. I need a B on these, a C on modal briefs and a D on modal V-Fly briefs. Also note that pouches on this style are built more forward than on modal V-fly boxer briefs and modal briefs so you might miss some of the natural vertical hang, contention of spontaneous growth and discrete look under trousers that those styles provide. Picture shows the B vs the C pouch.

I bought these for someone else in large / C pouch. They seem good overall, but why in the world are the rougher sides of the seams on the inside? Aesthetics? Comfort should matter more. The inner seams are rougher and stick out more than the outside seams. It should be the opposite. Poor engineering/design choice.

The most comfortable underwear I've ever purchased. Highly recommend, personally I like boxer briefs and I like when they stay in place and the legs do exactly that, the junk area is very comfortable too. But also bought these briefs as well as the strapless jock and I don't have to think about what underwear I have to wear under certain clothes.

I'm a 2XL guy. I've tried all kinds of "pouch" underwear for big guys and, until now, I haven't found ones where I could wear the underwear at my normal waistline and have the pouch support my twigs and berries. I tried Sheath, Man Made, Jockey and All Citizens. If I wore them at my normal waistline, the pouch was too high for my package. If I wore them so the pouch functioned as intended, the waist would be so low the briefs threatened to be very brief. Real Men has been the first to check both boxes. The pouch gently cradles my twigs and berries like a sling. As soon as some of the other colors are back in stock, I will be ordering more.

I've tried modal underwear with pouches before. These are the most comfortable of any brand I've tried. After a couple of minutes, I don't even feel them. It's like I'm wearing nothing. The pouch provides perfect support, keeps things separated, and I never have to adjust during the day. Whether I'm hiking, exercising, or just sitting at the desk, I get the comfort and support I want. Being able to choose the right pouch size makes all the difference. I'm also glad they decided to make these in larger waist sizes too. I'll definitely be buying more.

The 7in Modal No-Fly boxer briefs are extremely comfortable. The material is so soft that it is easy to forget you are wearing it. I haven't had a problem with the legs riding up. I will say that the pouch on these seems to fit differently than the briefs, so the next time I order them, I would go down a pouch size.

Best underwear I have bought. So comfortable and do not squish my balls. Pouch is just barely too large but feels comfortable since I don’t like tight underwear. When I tried the hand cupping technique it felt between the whiffle ball and tennis ball so I wasn’t sure which size to pick. It honestly depends on if my balls are cold and shriveled up or warm and hanging low. When they are hanging low they fill the pouch nicely but when I’m active and they shrink up it’s a bit baggy. I ordered the B cup to try to see if it’s a better fit. Hopefully it’s not too tight. Thank you for a great design!

I’ve worn boxer briefs for years so ultimately I purchased these to try. They feel great, but I keep going back to the briefs. The pouch system is amazing compared to the saxx ones I’ve been wearing. I love the modal fabric vs the polyester ones Im used to. Everytime you pull them up the pouch just grabs the package in the best way possible. I did the questionnaire and it told me to try the briefs so I recommend doing the questionnaire to find your fit! The customer service has also been the best part of the experience. I’m a RMAC customer for life!
