Cool Bamboo Comfort: Bamboo fibers show up already broken in and stay cool against your skin, so your body has better things to think about.
Naturally Cooling: Cool bamboo fibers pull heat and moisture away fast, which matters more than any fabric tag ever will.
Built for the Whole Week: Six pairs of cool bamboo comfort means six fewer trips to the laundry basket and six more days of not thinking about this again.
Real Pouch System: ABCD sizing gives you a fit built around you, not around "average" — because average was never really a size.
Moves Like You Do: A cool, soft stretch that follows your day and disappears everywhere else. Nothing to adjust, nothing to notice.

After trying many different brands of underwear over the past few years, I can honestly say that Real Men underwear is the winner for me. They are extremely comfortable, fit great, and provide excellent support where it matters most. My boys stay comfortably nestled and in place all day without constant adjusting. The quality is outstanding, and they quickly became my go-to underwear. If you're looking for comfort, support, and a great fit, I highly recommend giving Real Men Underwear a try!
I already have one pair where the stitching under the ball sac is coming unthreaded. 1” section. Worn once. I like the feel of the product would had rated it more but this soon the crotch is blowing out. Umm.. Took 2 photos, inside and out.
Hey guys typically i am super happy with all of my orders , not so much a fan of the bamboo style . Nylon is the way to fo for me the pouch style for me with the bamboo is a little off for me . Just not as comfy as the v fly nylon style which seems to be my go too
These are so comfy. The fit is great as well. They don’t ride up or slide down. I’m in Oklahoma and it’s been 100+ lately outside. These work great with sweat.
I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have to say that these are by far the most comfortable underwear I have worn I tried the ball sack and I found it to pinch when sitting! That’s not an issue now. The delivery time was under a week so that was nice as well. I’m getting ready to place an order for more now, I won’t be going back to any other brand or style!
